Business Consultation

Manufacturing in Asia

Intro

Taking Manufacturing to the Next Level

When you hire a manufacturing company, particularly in China, you need to start out asking the right questions:

  1. Is the company actually registered to do this type of business?
  2. Is the registered capital of the company high enough to complete the project?
  3. Is the company’s registered address not some apartment downtown GuangZhuo, but an acutal factory or corporate building?
  4. How does the company handle litigation and do you stand a chance?
  5. What INCO terms does the company operate?
  6. What are the warranties offered and how is the product serviced?

Let Us Be Your Middleman

My experience in China led me to believe that if you want to get things done and done at a cheaper price, you need to have a relationship.  While China advertises its “win win” policy, in reality the seller always feels the need to boast to his/her neighbor how they “scored on that deal.”  If they haven’t bested someone, there needs to be a good reason for that and it is usually because “they were friends.”  It is a “face saving” relational culture which in particular will not look lightly on being bested by a foreigner!  Let us do the work for you!
